What is haiku? What are some haiku ways and techniques? Learn this from Iliyana Stoyanova, a member of International, British and Bulgarian haiku societies.
Listen to haiku from modern authors, have a look “Beyond Words” through the pages of a bilingual haiku anthology.
Enjoy the freedom to create your own haiku or to rewrite some already existing.

What is meditation? Can meditation be dynamic?
Enter into a dance meditation of the five energies with Astrea Mira, an actress and spiritual seeker.

Can there be a relation between science and art? Learn how poetry transforms the deepest levels of reality from the pictures of nano-haiku presented by a scientist from the Tyndall National Institute.
